Au's Extinguisher Service was founded in January of 1935 by Harry Au. After 40 years of running the business, Harry passed it on to his son, who ran the company for another 36 years, before passing it on to his son, Derick Au. In 2019 Au's Extinguisher became a subsidiary of locally owned Ebisu Holdings and has continued to pursue excellence in fire protection. Today, Au’s Extinguisher Service has become a growing team led by Glenn Tolentino.

We are aware that there are always new advances in fire protection technology as well as testing methods. For this reason we are constantly continuing our training and education with recognized fire protection organizations to expand our knowledge. We work with private individuals as well as commercial accounts such as hotels and shopping centers.

Over the years our small family business has grown to become one of the oldest and well respected fire safety companies in Hawaii. Here at Au's Extinguisher Service we will personally work with you to achieve fire code compliance.
